Shopping Trends

Finally, the shopping trends clearly indicate that more people are looking for a new user experience of online shopping. Interactive 3D model,  AR-enabled features getting more and more popular. The pandemic has accelerated the shift towards a more digital world and triggered changes in online shopping behaviours that are likely to have lasting effects. The COVID-19 pandemic has forever changed online shopping behaviours. E-commerce websites that seek an immersive and engaging experience with 3D content and Augmented Reality must be wondering how to showcase 3D models on their site. Augmented reality is a solution for all digital 3D products. It is a fact that interactive 3D models help us showcase physical products in stunning detail. Most e-commerce sites make exploring the contours of a product extremely difficult. Often, you will have to scroll through dozens of photos to find the angle you’re curious about – if that photo exists at all – and then struggle to zoom to the required detail. Using a 3D model gives customers a far more holistic view of the product than simple static images. It allows your customers to experience and explore your product in more detail: they can zoom in, zoom out, rotate and explore the product from all angles.

Current state of NFT market

NFTs took 2021 by storm. With billions traded over non-fungible tokens and a strong community behind the technology, we’re seeing NFTs to be adopted by industries as diverse as gaming, finance, art, and education. The potential applications of NFTs are near endless. Some claim ten years from now all purchases will be accompanied by NFTs. Others think smart contracts will replace legal documents. And while many think NFTs are a fad or too niche to become widely used, big players from Meta (formerly Facebook) to Twitter to Reddit to Visa are taking notice and are working to ensure they don’t miss out on the NFT boom.

Smart fashion will become ubiquitous. The first step is understanding how the blurring of physical and digital worlds will change our definition of what is real. Early adopters are buying virtual fashion clothing which only exists in the digital space. It is a fact that the fashion industry is changing rapidly with more and more players looking for the opportunities offered by the metaverse.  Our shopping habits have accelerated even more as a result of the pandemics. In western countries, 80% of women buy online. The META brand change recently announced via facebook is no accident. E-commerce companies are increasingly looking for solutions to make digital 3D models available in NFT or physical form. The padlock technology proves ownership and the cryptocurrencies allow the dealer to enter the digital space independently of FIAT.

With the limitless applications of NFTs also being explored, we’ll likely see these technologies work their way into our lives together. It’s an exciting time to be in tech, and an even more exciting time to be using blockchain. Different AR applications help to demonstrate NFTs better. However, currently these marketplaces are undergoing testing and will be launched at different stages throughout 2022.

What is Augmented  reality?

Augmented reality (AR) is an enhanced version of the real physical world that is achieved through the use of digital visual elements, sound, or other sensory stimuli delivered via technology. Augmented reality uses your mobile device to blend digital content into the real world. Unlike virtual reality (VR), you won’t need any headsets, goggles, or other extra equipment. Instead, all you need is your device’s camera and an AR app.
